To season, follow these easy directions – Wash with hot, soapy water and a stiff brush. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Spead a thin coat of solid shortening or vegetable oil over the entire pan including handles and exterior surfaces. Line the lower oven rack with aluminum foil to catch any drippings and preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place cookware upside down on middle rack of oven and bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven, leaving the cookware in the oven until cool. Your cookware will look slightly brown, instead of the familiar black but it is ready for cooking. It will blacken with cooking.

How did you come up with the idea for this product?
One Sunday afternoon I was cooking breakfast for the family. One of my kids asked for scrambled eggs, the other wanted over easy, the wife wanted pancakes. What was supposed to be a quick breakfast turned into a chore. I thought to myself there’s got to be an easier way. From that thought stemmed the idea of the MasterPan. Of course there was a lot more fine tuning and testing and almost 2 years in development.
What makes your product special?
The MasterPan is unique because of it is the only pan out there that is compartmentalized into 5 chambers which allows to cook an entire meal on 1 pan. Not only that, due to it’s design it also acts as a portion control system to avoid cooking larger portions that you would typically do when using multiple pans.
