This respirator is designed for use for particles such as those from grinding, sanding, sweeping, sawing, bagging, or other dusty operations. The respirator incorporates 3M’s proprietary technology with advanced electrostatically charged microfiber filter media designed for ease of breathing. This respirator is compatible with a variety of protective eyewear and hearing protection.

Fitted with a 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve, this respirator is suited for work situations involving heat, humidity, or long periods of wear. 3M™ Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator Assembly includes a 3M™ 6000 Series Half Facepiece Reusable Respirator and two 3M™ 2091 P100 Particulate Filters. This assembly is NIOSH approved for environments containing certain oil and non-oil based particles. When properly fitted, this respirator helps provide protection in a variety of applications including welding, brazing, torch cutting, metal pouring, soldering, and exposure to lead asbestos, cadmium, arsenic, and MDA at concentrations up to 10 times the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL).

Combining Comfort and Convenience
This respirator is remarkably comfortable, soft, and lightweight, and features easy-to-adjust head straps. The swept-back design of the cartridges helps improve balance and visibility. Easy-to-adjust head straps allow for a customized fit to the user. When used to capacity, the included cartridges can be removed and replaced with new P100 Filter/Cartridges or other NIOSH approved 3M™ 2000 or 2200 Series Filters or 6000 Series Cartridges.
