It offers aggressive cut and long life along with dust-free sanding. Constructed of aluminum oxide abrasive on intermediate-weight paper (D-weight for grades 40, P60, P80; C-weight for grades P100–P800), it is well suited for high production operations as well as general purpose applications on whitewood, metal, composites, primer, paint, sealers, and topcoats. The 6-hole dust management feature works with a vacuum system (not included) to control dust in the air and on the workpiece, while an open coat construction and a load resistant coating help prevent clogging when working with softwoods or paint.
